We sat down with Customer Care Representative, Jazmine Landry, to learn more about her and why she loves working at Ellie.
What's your role at Ellie?
I am a Customer Service Representative, who’s been serving Ellie and our clients with premier assistance for a year now.
Tell us about yourself.
I am from Dallas, Texas, but was raised in Mobile, Alabama. I graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and a minor in Chemistry. I have two years of experience as a Veterinary Technician and have now been in the veterinary industry for 3 years total.
What is your favorite part about working at Ellie?
My favorite part about working at Ellie is when all the fur babies are visiting at the office begging for food.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy roller skating and hiking!
